Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

That's totally up to you. Many of our customers get their homes cleaned while they are at work. As long as we have a way to access your space, we’ll take care of everything.

Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?

A little tidying (like picking up personal items) helps us focus on cleaning surfaces more thoroughly, but it’s completely up to you.

Can I request specific areas or tasks to focus on?

Absolutely! Just let us know your priorities, and we’ll tailor the cleaning to your needs.

How and when do I pay?

The payment is due after the cleaning is done. We accept e-Transfer and Credit Cards. We don't take cash payments.

How does tipping work? Is it expected?

Tipping is of course completely optional. If you do decide to tip, you can either tip the cleaners directly in cash, or add a tip to the e-Transfer/Credit Card payment later.
